- Adventure Holidays – If you are to take part in any form of activity when travelling as a diabetic, such as scuba diving, hang gliding, mountain climbing then make sure that your policy covers you for both medical and the cost of the sporting equipment as they can be very expensive to replace and the premiums are generally higher.
